CT Institute of hotel management (CTIHM), Jalandhar was set up in the year 2010 at CT group of Institutions, Shahpur Campus Jalandhar It is one of the 31 Private IHM’s setup by Ministry of Tourism, Govt of India and affiliated to NCHMCT to train young men and womens to provide manpower for the hospitality industry. The Institute has all the essential tools at its disposal to give students thorough instruction. The faculty is made up of competent and experienced individuals from a number of famous catering colleges around the nation, including those in Mumbai, Delhi, and other cities. They are dedicated to empowering and inspiring the students to develop into adults with a sense of responsibility and pride in their chosen fields of endeavour. The college's Placement and Industrial Training Cell assists students in arranging for training and employment in prominent hotels.Campus interviews are conducted, and the students are placed successfully in high-end hotels like Taj, Oberoi, I.T.C. Hotels, Le-Meridien, Radisson Hotels, Hyatt, Imperial, etc., to name a few, as well as in numerous international call centres like G.E., Daksh, etc. that currently employ a sizable portion of our students. The well-stocked library satisfies the students' need for information in the hospitality industry. The students receive experience during the semester in addition to the curriculum by planning theme parties, outdoor catering, and events at local hotels for holidays, World Tourism Day, the New Year, chef competitions, and other events.
