The Master of Hospitality Management & Catering Technology (MHMCT) is a 2-year postgraduate programme (4 semesters) designed to develop advanced managerial, operational, and leadership skills required in the hospitality and tourism industry. The programme combines theoretical knowledge with practical training in hotel operations, food production, food & beverage service, front office management, housekeeping, hospitality marketing, financial management, human resource management, event management, and entrepreneurship. It prepares graduates for managerial roles in hotels, resorts, airlines, cruise lines, catering organizations, and hospitality businesses.
