The Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (B.Com. LL.B.) is a five-year full-time integrated undergraduate program offered at CT Institute of Law.

Affiliated with Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar, this program seamlessly combines the disciplines of Commerce and Law, offering students a strong foundation in business, finance, and legal studies.

The curriculum covers a wide range of subjects, including Accounting, Economics, Management, Corporate Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, and Civil Law, emphasising both corporate and procedural aspects of law. Students also develop essential skills in legal drafting, corporate legal practices, taxation laws, and analytical reasoning.

Eligibility Criteria

Academic qualifications required for admission

Educational Qualification: Must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognized board/institution in India or abroad, with a background in Commerce, Mathematics, or Economics.

Mode of Study: Qualification can be obtained via Regular, Distance, Correspondence, or Open Schooling.

Minimum Marks Required:

General: 45%

OBC: 42%

SC/ST: 40%

Note: Meeting the minimum eligibility does not guarantee admission. Additional criteria from the university or state government may apply.

Maximum Age Limit: As per Bar Council of India norms and decisions of the University Syndicate.
